My seniors did the same to me, and unknowingly, I repeated the same pattern with my juniors, without truly understanding what we actually needed at each stage.
It’s only with reflection that I’ve realized how easily we pass on the same experiences without questioning whether they are actually right or necessary.
Now, I realize my mistake. Sometimes, we simply pass on what we experienced without stopping to question whether it was right or whether it was truly needed.
Recognizing the mistake is the first step toward breaking the cycle.
