Looking at the apex of your triangle for point 4 - what’s your definition of ‘data driven’? It would be amazing to get a team there for 100k, but almost no one around can describe data driven in a none buzzwordy, practical way.

Great points, Ben! The emphasis on 'career optionality' really resonates. It's not just about escaping a job, but about creating leverage and expanding your skillset. Also harder than you'd imagine :) Validating your ideas before taking the leap is also super important.
