Recently I have been talking to managers and directors from varying companies and disciplines to get a better understanding of what a high-performing team looks like and more importantly how to create a culture that fosters those behaviors.
To help answer this question I pulled in Phil Dakin, an ex-Tech Lead from Citadel Securities to go over his experience being part of and leading high-performance teams. Also under each section I provided a quick take-away!
